    HYDROJETPS Road Marking caters to your highway marking requirements, offering a combination of Screed and Preformed Thermoplastic marking with our in-house installation teams together with Extrusion, Profiled Markings and Road Studs.
    We use White and Yellow Thermoplastic Paint & Glass Beads for the marking services. The high quality and durability of thermoplastic markings & also the improved excellent reflection properties at night and day and even in wet conditions make it a material of choice for road marking. Moreover, thermoplastics can be used to achieve additional security features like delineation with an acoustic and rumbling effect.

    Acrylic Road Marking System

    Solvent Based Alkyd is a single component, quick drying, and high build and modified alkyd polymer. Road & line marking paints are designed to be used on Asphalt/Tarmac, Bituminous road surfaces and concrete as well as on interlocking tiles surfaces. It is used specially for apron and runway marking where no dust particles are required due to safety of air craft. In conventional thermoplastic marking dust particles are available due to normal wear and tear of road marking.

    Acrylic road marking paint is used to create lines, traffic markings and demarcations and can be made reflective with the use of reflective glass beads. The paint is based on special acrylic and other resins to score over conventional Road Marking Paints in terms of superior weather and wear resistance. It has excellent adhesion, flexibility and hardness to road substrates like Stone, Asphalt, and Concrete etc.

     

    Cold Plastic Road Marking

    Studs – Aluminium / Ceramic

    Reflective road studs provide most effective night guidance even under the most adverse weather conditions. They have a wide range of applications from permanently delineating carriageways and lanes through temporary carriageway marking to delineate car parking spaces. They also come in a variety of types and design depending on the application.

    Road studs can be reflective, non- reflective or solar powered and can be surface mounted or milled. HYDROJETPS Road Marking crews have the experience and qualifications required to provide a nationwide installation service and all of our operatives are fully trained in the installation of all types of road studs.     Sand Blasting

    A durable road marking from any surface is difficult to remove without causing damage to the road surface. Effective results are achieved through the utilization of a combination of removal techniques for varied pavement surfaces.

    Sand Blasting is an environmentally friendly cleaning and blasting technique for removal of road markings that uses volcanic sand, fresh heated water and low pressurized air. This system can be controlled so fine adjustments to pressure; blast media and water can be made.

    Epoxy Flooring System

    Epoxy floor coatings are normally applied over concrete floors to provide a high performance, smooth and durable surface that can last many years or withstand heavy loads. The coating is formed by mixing resin and hardener together. The surface to be coated should be clean & slightly porous for better adherence. All grease & previous layers of epoxy coating are to be removed; major cracks and chips should be patched up & repaired before applying the epoxy coating. We are equipped with technicians specialized in Epoxy floorings. Epoxy floors are used in the most demanding of industrial environments as they are very strong.
