    SEWER POINT REPAIR WITH LINERS: ONE OF OUR NEWEST TECHNIQUES

    One of our newest techniques, repairing sewer pipes with a liner or sleeve is a far less invasive form of repair. It allows us to fix a pipe by running a durable liner inside the pipe, without having to crack the cement and excavate. Although this is a newer technology in this country, it’s been around for decades in Europe, where this is the only way they fix sewer pipes. It’s a necessity as there is often not enough space between homes or buildings to dig a trench.

    WATERPROOFING

    If water is intruding your home, action should be taken to stop it. Waterproofing is also a preventive measure in older homes to lend peace of mind and avoid water entering the home. We often encounter homes and foundations with drains that aren’t working at capacity, or at all. Clients have asked us over the years if we can go the extra mile and waterproof a home’s drainage system. We decided to add this to our service menu to accommodate our clients. We dig around the home or building perimeter and create a waterproof membrane to prevent any water entry into the structure. We replace footer drains with new material, then backfill the area when completed.
